Market Vendor Agreement- Acknowledgements

I acknowledge that AEDF is not responsible for damages or theft of assets at the event.

I acknowledge that if I do not currently have an occupational business license I will obtain a special event occupational event license

I agree to inform the City of New Orleans of any income made at the event on my monthly tax statements

I agree to not to sell any non-packaged food or beverages meant for immediate consumption if not registering as a food vendor

I agree to pay a non-refundable vendor fee of $15 as a vendor for the market

I agree to provide event organizers with proof of car insurance no later than November 17, 2024 if parking vehicle in vendor lot

Market Vendor Agreement- Logistics

I agree to arrive at 3:30pm, one hour before the start time of the event

I agree to be prepared to sell my products by 4:30pm on the day of the event

I agree to move my vehicle to the designated vendor parking lot by 4:15pm, and display the parking pass on the front of my dashboard

I agree to not have any open flames (candles, etc.) as part of my display at the market

I agree to provide all staff and equipment for my operations, including table(s) & tent(s)

I agree to staff my booth from 4:30pm-7:30pm (all vendors may begin to shut down and pack up at 7:30pm)

Food Vendor Agreement- Acknowledgements

I acknowledge that I can request a refund of the vendor fee if AEDF cancels the event for any reason

I acknowledge that I must give AEDF notice of cancellation no later than 7 days in advance of the event to be refunded the vendor fee

I acknowledge the requirement to possess a Fire Safety Permit issued by the New Orleans Fire Department

I acknowledge the requirement to possess a Mobile Food Vendor Permit or file for a Vendor Permit from the City of New Orleans

I agree to have a New Orleans Fire Department approved fire extinguisher (Type 2A10BC) accessible while at the event

I agree to operate on a cash or credit card basis ONLY and understand that tickets sold by AEDF are only valid for approved alcoholic beverages

I agree to provide a list of all staff and equipment for my operations and vendor signage (subject to AEDF approval)

I agree to provide proper storage and serving equipment to keep cold foods at the safe temperature of 45°F or lower

I agree to provide proper storage and serving equipment to keep hot foods at the safe temperature of 140°F or higher
