AEDF and the Small Business Administration will host a September 14th from 6:00-8:00pm for a seminar on how to build wealth through government contracting at the University of Holy Cross' Moreau Center.
Recent legislation has provided funding to the Federal, state, and local governments for procurement of products and services. SBA staff from the Louisiana District Office will discuss the opportunities available for small businesses to meet government procurement needs, and how to prepare your business for responding to bids.
The SBA staff members will also assist attendees with registering for the System for Award Management (SAM), which is the first step in identifying and submitting a bid on a government procurement contract. So please be sure to bring a laptop or tablet with you to this seminar.
